Cylinder regulators are directly connected to a compressed gas cylinder to reduce inlet gas pressure to a more manageable working pressure. For specialty gases, Linde offers two series of cylinder regulators:
1. BASELINE® cylinder regulators for specialty gases with purities up to 5.0, and
2. REDLINE cylinder regulators for higher purity specialty gases.

Cylinder Regulators - BASELINE
BASELINE cylinder regulators are suitable up to purity 5.0 (99.999%). Supplied in one-stage, or two-stage configurations BASELINE regulators are designed to offer a more stable operation than “industrial” or “technical” quality equipment can provide.
Typical applications include gas and liquid chromatography, carrier gases, zero and span calibration gases, high purity chamber pressurization, liquefied hydrocarbon gas control and control of cryogenic gases.
BASELINE cylinder regulators are supplied in brass or stainless steel, and are equipped with a cylinder connection, a high pressure gauge to monitor the content of the cylinder and a low pressure gauge to monitor the adjustable secondary pressure. Outlet options include a standard shut off valve or a flow adjustment needle valve.
Cylinder Regulators - REDLINE
REDLINE cylinder regulators are designed to handle all specialty gases purity levels up to 6.0 (99.9999%). Supplied in one-stage, or two-stage configurations, REDLINE regulators safely reduce cylinder pressure to a more manageable working pressure. Cylinder regulators are used when central gas systems are not applicable.
REDLINE cylinder regulators are supplied in brass or stainless steel, and are equipped with a cylinder connection, a high pressure gauge to monitor the content of the cylinder and a low pressure gauge to monitor the adjustable secondary pressure. Outlet options include a standard shut-off valve or a flow adjustment needle valve. When used with corrosive gases there are models with purge (two stage models) and cross purge (one stage models) available.
